The best quantity of consuming decaffeinated coffee for pregnant women should be less than 200 mg per day. You need to avoid consuming more than one caffeine product a day. Need to maintain an appropriate caffeine intake per day.
And if you want to avoid caffeine completely during your pregnancy, you may use other caffeine-free products, for example, caffeine-free energy drinks, milk, hot water with honey and lemon, etc.
